Domestic Shipping (India)
We aim to deliver all orders within approximately 7 days from the date of order, across India. This includes both preparation/processing of your order and shipping time via India Post.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS (or WhatsApp, if that's how the order was placed).

International Shipping

Delays
While we aim to meet our estimated 7-day delivery window, ELVEO is not responsible for delays caused by India Post or other circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, regional disruptions, etc.). If your order is running behind schedule, feel free to reach out and we'll keep you updated.
